I have been in and out of surgeries all year and my mobility was limited so the nitty-gritty cleaning needed to get done: walls, doors, baseboards, carpets, stairs all rooms including kitchen, bathrooms and front hall… cleaned 🧹so well. Don’t get me wrong we need to Reno our front hall but they worked around all our old interior and it looks and smells great. Made beds, and folded the paper on all our rolls toilet paper and paper towels. Dust be gone. And the girls so pet friendly… three cats and two dogs 🐕 in this home. I am so happy to be finally caught up and organised. Thank you to all the staff that were in our home today: Ashley, Brandi, Shelby, Keisha, Jolson and Julia. You all did a famtastic job !!! All these jobs you did free up our time to just relax and enjoy our home after our busy day working etc… all we have to do inbetween visits - is maintain. Thank you, thank you, thank you !!!

Legit... The 3 little birds team (Annie, Nicole, Bree & Karen) blew past my expectations and the first thing my partner and I said once they left was "how do we give them 5 stars?"Well, here we are and I wish I could give the team more than 5 stars. Professionalism through the roof, and our new home feels just like that, rather than a recent construction zone.Also, I cannot say how much I appreciate the cleanliness of our stove now. As I told the team, when we bought the house we weren't expecting the stove to be so caked in with grime (the prior owners were supposed to clean it). Given my breathing difficulties it was so difficult to scrub. They left it in a sparkling condition and even offered tips about using a pumice stone. That will be put to good use!!Everything is wonderful and I've already shared your name out to my friends that are moving to the area!Update:I've also had the pleasure of Melissa and Shelby. Wow! Such a fantastic team as well! We have three cats - so you can imagine the hair, even after daily sweeping! Well not only do they leave the house sparkling... They've also won over our three cats too!

I can't even begin to describe how happy I was with the cleaning service provided. This was a move-in clean and before Three Little Birds came I wasn't sure we would even be able to live in the home as the previous tenants left the place in terrible condition and I honestly thought they would refuse to clean it! The company sent 5 cleaners - three extra on VERY short notice (honestly, it was necessary) and they cleaned the entire (large) home the same day. After they finished cleaning I barely recognized the place and now feel so much better about the move. They were friendly and helpful and the value was excellent. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough! Do not hesitate to hire Three Little Birds (Joslin L., Patricia F., Emily H., Chantal H., and Lisa G. - you are all amazing :)

We had Annie, Liz and Nicole do our first clean, and have scheduled regular cleanings moving forward. The team was very friendly, respectful and VERY thorough.I also really like how pet friendly they are. Although we had taken our dog out so he would be out of their way, they made me feel really comfortable, if for whatever reason he was home, that they wouldn’t mind. This took away a lot of stress for me.The customer portal is also very easy to use and great for seeing your overall schedule. You can call first thing in the morning to get your time for the day and then they text you when they are on their way. So far this has worked out well.Everyone we have dealt with so far (from the office to the cleaning team) have left a great first impression on us, and we are excited to continue to use their services.

I had Three Little Birds service for a few months on a bi-weekly basis to clean a portion of my house, and I felt that for the price, the work was only okay. The staff were very kind, focused and wore masks, and I have nothing against them. However, they certainly cost more than their competitors and do send more staff, so I thought that I would be receiving a more thorough clean. However, each week I found that sections were missed, sometimes random things were just piled instead of put away (for example, if a book was out of place, it would be piled on top of a rogue kids' toy / other rogue items instead of put back on the bookshelf.. which they said is their policy, maybe it's just me hoping for some help lol!), at one point they removed paint from my cupboard doors with their cleaning chemicals and instead of telling my husband who was home just called in their manager and they were all very quiet and secretive about it (and didn't offer a discount for that service, come to think of it...), and I felt we were more or less getting a general tidy-up / pile-up of stuff instead of an actual clean.

Called this place to get a quote as a comparison to our previous service (Merry Maids of Hamilton) and they quoted me $717 for our 3 bed, 2 bath house. Merry Maids quoted and charged $340 as a comparison. Not sure how anyone can justify the massive price increase from Little Birds to Merry Maids. Something to keep in mind before you call!Editing to say that yep, it was for a one time clean fee. Asked at the time why it was so high and was told it would be less for recurring but wasn't told prices - still higher than Merry Maids in both cases (one time and recurring). Not saying don't use them, just caller beware of prices!

Used them in the past. The cleaners were lovely and good with my pets. Just called to see about getting them in once again. Was just quoted $646 to clean a two bedroom apartment. A little rich for my blood.In Response to the owner:Thank you for your response. We have found a new cleaner. They charge by the hour and have a decent reputation. Our place never had copious amounts of feces just lying around. It does have litter boxes. I suppose pet owners should be aware. Not only is 3 Little Birds pricey, they are also punitive to pet owners.

Ive seen reviews where people say it was expensive and that may be, but you get what you pay for. They always do a great job and the products they use are wonderful. Most recently i bought a new home and the only company I thought of was Three Little Birds. You hear some nightmare stories about some cleaning companies but teams like Joslyn and Hannah, who were in my home today, are outstanding. They were friendly, cheerful and respectful. Having had recently moved to a home in Burlington, I booked myself a deep clean from Three little birds. I had Alicia and Summer who did a FANTASTIC job at my home. I am soo impresed and soo happy with the results.They worked so hard and ensured everything was so clean and organized. I have a dog and they were able to get all the dog hair out and my hardwood floors are actually shining along with all my glass showers and mirrors. My home is smiling from the care and attention Christine and Jasmine took today to clean. Lovely people who lovingly cleaned. Everything shines and as I walk around I see their attention to details. For instance in the way they removed everything on the dining room table and placed it beautifully back. Also the shoe bench at the front door was a mess of thrown papers, backpacks and purses. Pro. This is a well run cleaning service that uses natural products, emails reminders they are coming with tips on how to best "prepare" to get the most out of their visit, they leave a check list with team members names on it and email a follow up survey after every service.The floors are super well done, bathroom sparkles, and there isn't any chemical odor from products. They are extremely professional.

I am not sure how there can be so many great reviews. My son and girlfriend were moving into a house that had been left in a disgusting shape. Very dirty. They made it clear that the house was extremely dirty and that is why they needed help. They paid a huge amount of money for apparently 3 people for 6 hours. The house was not cleaned well at all. Cupboards still dirty. Cat feces left. Windows not done. The house is not large. The house should have been very clean with 3 people for 6 hours. If they only do surface cleaning then say that and be honest. If they don't know how and don't want to do deep cleaning be honest and don't grab people's money, and not recifty when complaint comes in. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I was really disappointed with my cleaning by the three little birds. When I got home after my initial “deep cleaning” the tiles in the kitchen were still dirty, the floors were still dusty in the corners and near the wall, the walls were not cleaned, the microwave was left dirty, and several surfaces were left untouched. It seems that everything was wiped around rather than underneath. It seemed like very little effort was put into my cleaning. They sent some new cleaners after I told them that the job was not completed properly, and they left me a note on my counter saying that they were unable to clean more thoroughly. The building I am living in is brand new and should be easy to clean. I am not happy at all with the service as it was supposed to be a deep clean and it was truly more of a surface clean. I don’t recommend hiring this company.

Staff is very polite. They are very detailed and do a fantastic job. If there is a miss they will return.
